Screen Printing

Here at SCREENTECH DESIGN we specialise in T-shirt screen printing and supply. We can supply and print anything from 12 to 5,000 t shirts or more! So whatever your needs we can almost certainly help.

SCREEN PRINTING

Screen Printing is still the best way to print the vast majority of t-shirts, sweatshirts, polo shirt, hoodies ect. In screen-printing, a design is separated into individual colors. Plastisol or water based inks are applied to the shirt through mesh screens which limits the areas where ink is deposited.
There are other methods such as Litho Transfer printing and Digital "Direct to Garment" printing (DTG) that do have they're benefits but screen printing rules most of the time.
We can offer Litho Transfer printing (Litho Plastisol)
ever popular and versatile photo quality system. We are not happy with the quality and cost efficiency of Digital printing at this stage, so do not offer this process. We will advise you which process is best suited to your print job.

It's Simple For You...

Step 1: All we need is an image of your t-shirt design to be printed. The original design file is preferred and will enable us to produce the highest quality print, but we are able to accept high quality jpegs, tiff, gif, PDF or Word files.

If all you have is an idea or simple pencil drawig we can produce artwork for you.

Step 2: We will then produce artwork files for screen printing. You will then receive from us an accurate computer visual proof of the print work to be produced. This will show dimensions, colours and all details for you to check and approve before production commences.

Step 3: Your completed order will arrive within 7 - 14 working days from your approval

EMBROIDERY SERVICE

Embroidery was once considered an expensive form of Branding, but over the past years with the introduction of improved machinery, this has changed, and now it is the most recognised method to add a logo to any item of clothing and is also used to brand many other items.

Benefits Of Embroidery

Presents a high quality finish.

Washes well and lasts as long as the garment. (Ideal for Workwear)

Takes well to rougher surfaces (ie. fleeces).

SCREENTECH have invested heavily in high speed computerised multi colour machines and all our embroidery is carried out in house, ensuring the highest quality and the ability to have total control of the production process.

It's Simple For You...

Step 1 All we need is an image of your logo or design to be embroidered. This can be as a jpeg, giff, tiff, PDF or Word file, or simply send us a copy of your logo on paper or direct us to your website.

Step 2 We will then digitise your logo with absolute precision, ready for embroidery.

Step 3 You will then receive from us an embroidered swatch sample or accurate computer visual proof of your logo for your approval before production commences. Your completed order will arrive within 7 -14 working days from your approval.

heatpress HEAT TRANSFER PRINTING

The majority of printing we do is screen printing but from time to time certain products or logos are better suited to using the transfer printing method which involves heat pressing cut vinyl onto garments.

We also do photo's on light or dark t shirts by using transfer papers - this is ideal for Stag/Hen do's and "one-off" t shirts.

When to use Transfer Printing:

Individual Names and Numbers
One-off samples and low volume orders
Nylon fabrics - waterproofs, hi-vis jackets, umbrellas
Lycra(R) or Spandex sports and leisurewear
Stag/Hen Do's etc
One-Off - Fun T's
