Plasticol Ink
Plasticol inks have significantly evolved, now being phthalate, heavy metal and and even PVC free. This advancement not only enhances safety but also ensures a more environmentally friendly printing process. Unlike traditional water-based methods, Plasticol inks generate far less waste in production, as any ink remaing after a printing run can be re-used, we ensure that no ink residue from clean up goes down drains and any harmful chemicals used in clean up are responsibly disposed of, making them a sustainable choice for your printing needs. While plastisol prints can sometimes feel heavy, we have developed techniques for producing soft, lightweight prints using this ink.
Water Based Ink
Water-based inks are eco-friendly, providing a sustainable alternative that reduces harmful waste when disposed of responsibly. With excellent color vibrancy and softness, they deliver high-quality prints that feel great on the fabric especially when printed on lighter colourd garments. Plus, they offer exceptional wash durability, ensuring your designs stay vibrant wash after wash.
Stampinator for smooth prints
The Stampinator is an inline heat press attachment for our ROQ automated screen printing machine that we use to mat down the fibers in the fabric after printing a white underbase with plastisol ink. This process enhances vibrancy of the prints and gives them an exceptionally smooth, soft feel.
